The main house built in 2009 is designed as a traditional Caribbean estate house. All in treated wood.

Inside are a study, living room, spacious kitchen with Bosch dishwasher, gas stove and oven, separate toilet, bathroom with shower and bath and a bedroom with walk in closet. On the large veranda, you’re guaranteed to live life of leisure. The verandah provides a 180 degrees view of the Caribbean Sea with beautiful sunsets and rainbows.

The pool is 13x26x5 ft. or 4x8x1.50 m. with a copper ionizer (no chlorine), a swimming water heater(!) and a Swimstream swimming machine. Next to the pool is a gazebo.

The garden has a large lawn that can be used for all kind of sports: croquet, petanque, badminton, cricket, etc. It has lots of flowers like ginger lilies, bougainville, oleander, azaleas, roses, hibiscus, temple flower, palms and fruit trees like oranges, grapefruit, mango, lime, avocado, guava and custard apple.

There is also a garden shed with tools and a small chicken coop.

The property is partly fenced and has an electronic gate.

Description guesthouse

The first building was built in 2007 and is designed like a traditional town house with stone cladding, a working area downstairs and the living area with balcony upstairs.
It is in use as a fully equipped guesthouse for family and friends. But could easily be used as an Airbnb.

Downstairs there is a spacious garage for two cars and a grease pit for diy car maintenance, but could be used as a workshop as well. There is also a laundry with Miele washing machine and dryer, a bathroom with toilet and shower and a pantry for storage.

Because this is all in concrete it will serve as a safety area during a hurricane.

Upstairs is the completely furnished living area. With a living room and kitchen, two bedrooms, a separate toilet, a bathroom with shower and a large balcony with a superb sea and mountain view.

The potable water is solar heated.
